Client & Corporate Contact Credentials: Name, official designation, organization name, corporate email address, contact numbers, and corporate registered tax identifiers (GSTIN/PAN).

Project Scope & Engineering Data: Land plot boundaries, built-up area parameters, geological reports, proposed capital budgets, tender reference numbers, and engineering drawings submitted via our RFP forms.

Vendor & Workforce Onboarding Records: Contractor licenses, statutory labor insurance details, EPFO/ESIC registrations, safety training certifications, and biometric access verification collected at active infrastructure worksites.

Technical Telemetry & Analytics: IP address, browser architecture, geographical location telemetry, referrers, and session interactions with our online cost and timeline calculator.
Strict No-Sale Commitment
ABB Infra does not sell, lease, monetize, or trade client project estimates, contact data, or engineering specifications to any third-party marketing brokers or advertising networks under any circumstances.
Purpose & Legal Basis of Processing
Under the provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, ABB Infra processes personal and business data strictly on lawful grounds, including explicit consent, legitimate infrastructure execution needs, and statutory obligations:
- Generating accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ), preliminary timelines, and official engineering cost projections requested via our Interactive Estimator.
- Executing turnkey EPC contracts, highway corridor engineering, renewable energy grid deployments, and heavy civil construction agreements.
- Fulfilling statutory safety, environmental, labor, and tax compliance mandates enforced by Indian state and central authorities.
- Managing digital access control, site perimeter security, and drone-survey telemetry across high-security infrastructure development corridors.

All confidential project CAD drawings, structural BIM models, and tender estimates transmitted through our client portal are stored on tier-4 compliant, ISO 27001 certified data centers with continuous disaster recovery replicas.
