Acceptance of Terms & Enterprise Scope
Welcome to the official web portal of ABB Infra ("Company", "we", "our"). By browsing, accessing, downloading documentation from, or submitting technical proposals through abbinfra.co.in, you acknowledge that you have read, comprehended, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you represent a corporate entity, government development authority, consortium partner, or procurement agency, you warrant that you possess full corporate authorization and legal capacity to bind such entity to these commercial terms.
Interactive Cost Estimator Disclaimer
The Project Cost & Timeline Estimator provided on our platform is an algorithmic conceptualization tool engineered solely to offer preliminary budgetary baselines based on standard industrial civil metrics in India.
Non-Binding Estimation Notice
Projections generated by the calculator (including Crore valuation and completion months) do not constitute a legally binding contractual tender or irrevocable bid from ABB Infra. Formal binding proposals require a comprehensive geotechnical site survey, Detailed Project Report (DPR), and an executed Bilateral EPC Agreement.
Actual engineering execution valuations are contingent upon geological soil bearing capacity, structural steel market index fluctuations, statutory state environmental clearances, utility relocation complexities, and final architectural specifications.
Intellectual Property, CAD Drawings & BIM Models
All intellectual property rights associated with this portal—including structural schematics, 3D Building Information Modeling (BIM) digital twins, proprietary cost algorithms, photography of completed infrastructure corridors, brand marks, and technical brochures—remain the exclusive property of ABB Infra.
- Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to review materials for internal evaluation of potential engineering partnerships.
- You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, decompile, or re-publish our engineering calculators, project imagery, or tender assets without prior written consent from ABB Infra Corporate Communications.
Proposal Submissions & Commercial Confidentiality
When utilizing our proposal submission channels, client inquiry forms, or technical consulting forms:
- You guarantee that all submitted details regarding land title ownership, budgetary authorization, and company registration are truthful and verified.
- ABB Infra treats proprietary client RFP documents, land survey coordinates, and commercial design briefs under strict reciprocal commercial confidentiality.
- Submission of an inquiry or quote download does not establish a contractor-client relationship until formalized by an official Letter of Intent (LOI) or signed EPC agreement.
Vendor & Subcontractor Prequalification
Suppliers, heavy machinery rental providers, and civil subcontractors seeking inclusion in the ABB Infra Pan-India vendor directory must comply with our stringent prequalification directives:
- Mandatory compliance with ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) standards.
- Valid GSTIN registration, EPFO/ESIC compliance certificates, and zero ongoing blacklisting by central or state infrastructure authorities.
- Adherence to ABB Infra’s Zero-Compromise Anti-Bribery and Fair Employment Code of Conduct.
Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ABB Infra, its directors, project engineers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use or inability to use this website or digital tools.
Infrastructure Force Majeure Protection
Neither party shall be held commercially responsible for delays in engineering consultations or project tendering resulting from Force Majeure events, including seismic occurrences, unprecedented monsoon flooding, acts of war, regional grid failures, or statutory government suspension orders.
